Data engineer
Move every lab result into the model quickly and correctly.
What you will do
- Move every lab result into our data system, with checks for errors.
- Build pipelines that link each design to its DNA, its plate and its results.
- Work with the design team on data the models train on.
What we look for
- 3+ years building data pipelines (Python, SQL, a workflow tool such as Airflow or Dagster).
- Experience with lab or scientific data is a plus.
- Care for data quality and clear documentation.
