Keyline Bio is a fictional company. This is a sample privacy policy for a demo site made by Xiobo Creative. The forms on this demo do not send or store anything, and the demo sets no cookies.

Who we are

What we collect and why

• Messages you send through the contact form: name, company, work email and your message, to reply to you.
• Job applications: your details, resume and answers, to review your application. Our hiring system stores them for us.
• Newsletter sign-ups: your email, to send our news. You can unsubscribe from any email.
• Site use: we do not use advertising cookies. If we measure visits, we use a tool that does not set cookies or follow you across sites.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run these tools for us (for example, our email and hiring systems), under contracts that limit their use of your data. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Messages: up to 2 years. Applications: up to 2 years after the role closes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU), you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop some uses. Write to privacy@keyline.xiobocreative.com. We reply within 30 days.

Clinical trials

This site does not collect health information. Questions about a trial go to our trials team by email; do not send medical records by email.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top.
