Our approach
One end of KL-118 binds a protein on tumor cells. The other end binds CD3 on T cells. When both ends bind, the T cell can attack the tumor cell next to it. In cell tests, T cells attacked tumor cells only when the tumor protein was present.
Status
We are running the safety studies that must come before a first trial in people. We plan to file an IND in 2027. Plans can change.
KL-118 is investigational and has not been tested in people.
